Around 200 years ago, the Saraye Ameriha house was constructed in Kashan. It served as the family residence for Agha Ameri, the governor of Kashan, during the Zand dynasty. Over the years, the house fell into disrepair due to earthquakes and neglect, prompting restoration efforts that began in 1999.
Entrusted to an experienced restoration team, the house was meticulously restored based on its original blueprints. The first phase was completed in 2014, and further restoration phases continued until 2017.
The structure spans 9,000 square meters and features dozens of rooms, two bathhouses, and seven courtyards adorned with gardens and fountains. Constructed primarily of brick with mud and straw insulation, the interior spaces boast elaborate decorations such as gypsum and mirror works.
Saraye Ameriha invites guests to enjoy Iranian cuisine. At Ayneh Restaurant, which can seat up to 90 people, you can relish traditional Iranian dishes prepared with care and expertise. Additionally, the coffee shop provides a cozy ambiance where you can unwind with a selection of hot and cold beverages, perfect for a refreshing break after exploring the historic city of Kashan.
Prices for rooms at the Saraye Ameriha vary based on the view and interior architecture. Rates also change depending on the time of year and room type. For up-to-date pricing, contact Visit Our Iran’s support team by clicking on the chat icon located at the bottom right corner of the page.
