• Pets are not allowed in the hotel. 

• If identification documents are defective and unauthenticated or any rules are violated, the hotel will not accept the reservation, and fees paid will not be refunded. The hotel is not responsible for these issues.

• For families, children under 5 years can stay for free using existing beds. Children aged 5 to 10 will incur an extra charge for an additional bed. Guests older than 10 or adults will also be charged extra per night for additional beds. The exact prices may vary.
