The documents required to accept foreign guests include the original passport with visa and Iran entry stamp with validity and expiration date. It is not possible to change the name for a registered reservation, and the room is only available to the person whose name is reserved. It will be delivered to him. During the registration of the reservation, the details of all the guests must be entered correctly. The minimum age to get a room individually is 18 years old. All adults in a room must be confidential. Acceptance of Iranian and foreign nationalities in a room/suite/cottage/apartment/villa... is subject to privacy. The complex does not accept pets. According to hotel rules, in case of defective identification documents and lack of authentication or non-compliance with any of the mentioned rules, it is not possible to accept and the paid fee will not be refunded.
